Breakfast cups

For me, a large cup of breakfast tea first thing in the morning is essential, so when I designed my cups they had to have a large capacity – and no saucers! These are thrown on the wheel with a pulled handles with a delicate little twist on the base.

There are wo choices of design; scarlet red shrub roses or spiky lime green chrysanthemums, both picked out with black leaves. I paint the flowers on with gestural painterly brushstrokes for an arty look.

Candlesticks and various bowls also available.
